Rates & tourist tax

As indicated, the prices are per person/apartment per night; the rate does not include the tourist tax of €2,50 per day per guest.

Children under the age of 14 are exempt from payment of the tourist tax.

Check-in

On the day of arrival, apartments and rooms are available from 2 pm.

In the event of arriving after 6 p.m., please notify us.

Access to the apartments and rooms is restricted to hotel guests.

Check-out

On the day of departure, we ask our guests to vacate the apartment or room by 9.30 am.

In the event of cancellation of your stay, please notify us in good time. In the event of early departure, any outstanding days will be charged at 100%.

Children and reductions

We are more than happy to provide everything our youngest guests might require for their stay: cot, changing table and highchair.

Reductions for children:

Reduction for children up to 12 years of age in the company of two guests: 10-50% discount

Supplementary charge for short stays and single occupancy:

For stays of up to 3 nights we charge a supplement of €10-20 per person per night.

The use of a double room by a single guest is subject to a supplementary charge.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in B&B-Apartment Obermair.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited throughout the property. All apartments and rooms are non-smoking. We appreciate your understanding.

Booking and payment

Bookings become valid when the agreed deposit is received.

We accept credit and debit cards, cash or bank transfers in advance.

EU citizens may make cash payments up to a maximum amount of € 5.000,00.

Cancellation of a booking

Conditions for cancellation of booking in accordance with Article 1382 of the Civil Code.

The Italian Consumer Code does not provide for any cancellation rights. Nevertheless, we allow our guests the right to cancel their booking under the following conditions:

In the event of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the start of the holiday, the deposit will be returned, with a handling fee of € 30 being charged. Alternatively, you may use the credit during the year, after which your deposit will be cashed.

In the event of cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the holiday, 30% of the price of the booked holiday will be charged.

In the event of cancellation from 29 to 15 days before the start of the stay, 50% of the price of the booked holiday will be charged.

In the event of cancellation from 14 days before the start of the holiday, 100% of the price of the holiday booked will be charged.

Any charges due to cancellation will be calculated taking into account the deposit paid.
